Matwork Pilates

Pilates promotes health and well being and can not only improve your body, but also helps with mindfulness and meditation. It is important to take a break from daily life in order to focus on yourself and look after the body we live in. Focusing on your breath during practice is key to staying in tune with your mind and body. Regular practice can help you improve your alignment and balance, posture and positioning and improve your breathing and outlook on life. 

Equestrian Pilates

Pilates is an effective way to improve your conditioning and endurance in other physical activities, such as Dressage and Eventing. ME Pilates provides rider Pilates for balance and symmetry and to aid rider posture.

Rider Biomechanics

ME Pilates offers courses and workshops in Rider Biomechanics, including body screening, a tailored plan to suit individual needs, exercises to carry out at home, video assistance and ongoing support. The services are also available in Group sessions and to Equestrian organisations, centres and Riding Clubs.

Saturdays 11.00am - Beginner's Pilates Class - Studio One, Nettlebed.
